At Gainful, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
